Jennifer A. George, CAE

Owner &Executive

Jen is a Certified Association Executive (CAE) and ​Certified Non-Profit Accounting Professional (CNAP) ​with a BA in Communications specializing in Media ​Production from St. Edward’s University, Austin, TX.


As the owner of PROjag Management, she delivers ​executive-level management, successfully working ​with diverse industries and cultures, improving ​practices and procedures and implementing ​streamlined operations processes. She also creates ​persuasive branding and promotional materials and ​develops and manages client websites.


Jen is committed to ensuring that all PROjag clients ​are provided quality service with originality.

Lisa A. Gallo, CMP

Meeting & Event Director

Lisa's career is marked by a commitment to ​precision, efficiency, and strategic planning in ​meeting and event management. As a Certified ​Meeting Planner (CMP) with a BA in English, ​specializing in Communications from Saint Francis ​University, and a certification in Meeting/Event ​Planning from Austin Community College, Lisa brings ​a wealth of expertise to PROjag.


She currently oversees all large meetings and ​events, each with unique specialty requirements.


She is an exceptional meeting and event planner, ​known for her unparalleled organization, flexibility, ​and composure. Always eager to assist, she often ​responds to any request with a warm "my pleasure”.



Tisha L. Mackey

Membership & Sponsor Director

Tisha is an accomplished professional with a strong ​background in member and vendor relations, ​sponsorship management, and association ​leadership.


In her current role, she develops and implements ​membership recruitment and retention programs, ​maintains multiple membership databases, and ​fosters relationships with sponsors, donors, and ​exhibitors.


With a robust portfolio of skills and experiences, ​Tisha continues to thrive in dynamic environments, ​bringing a wealth of knowledge and a passion for ​building meaningful relationships within the industry.

Alyssa B. Kohutek

Meeting & Event Manager

Alyssa is a dynamic and accomplished event ​management professional with a rich background in ​public relations and fashion merchandising. A ​graduate of Texas State University with a degree in ​Public Relations and a minor in Fashion ​Merchandising, she has excelled in various roles ​throughout her career.


Most recently, she served as the Global Events ​Manager at Whole Foods Market, where she planned ​and executed major company events, developed ​budgets, and handled all logistics.


She holds a certification in Wedding Planning and ​owns her own wedding planning business, Honeybee ​Weddings and Events.


Katie Markey

Marketing & Social Media Specialist

Katie is currently working on her Bachelor of Arts in ​Business and Communication Studies degree from ​Southwestern University. She has developed a ​strong foundation in principles of economics, media ​theory, quantitative methods of business, and critical ​cultural communication studies. Recognized for her ​academic excellence, she has been on the Dean's ​List for two semesters and is a McKenzie Scholar ​Award recipient.


Her experience includes co-managing social media ​platforms and creating marketing campaigns as a ​Marketing Assistant for Conference and Event Sales ​at Southwestern University. She also manages social ​media and assists in marketing strategies for the ​university's Study Abroad program.
